Cant port forward ports anymore on a Modem+router setup

Hey friends long time!!!

Ok so I had a Linksys x2000 ADSL2+ router running in modem+router mode, it dropped out alot so I decided to make my old Thomson TG585v2 as an adsl2+ modem (reliable modem but bad wifi) and my Linksys as the router connected by a gigabit ethernet cable.

Here is the problem:

With just the linksys my ports could forward easily (minecraft and MW2 NATpen)

But now with the modem router combo My MW2 NAT: Strict and when people try to connect to my minecraft server they now get connection timed out.

CURRENT SETTINGS:

The firewall on the Thomson is disabled due to double NAT.
That means the Minecraft ports must need to be forwarded to use on the linksys. i have forwarded the ports to the correct pc too...

Im stumped now i cant play with my friends but i cant go back to the unreliable setup i had before... any ideas?

I know i can count on you!
