Sorry for the caps, I literally just screamed.
Like, 20 hours of frustration out of the window. Thank you all so, so much!

(Putting my solution just in case someone is searching for this)

All I had to do was download from the link that VistaKing had.

I repeat, thank you SO MUCH. Who knew it was so simple? I cannot thank you all enough.

Did somebody build this computer for you, or did you buy it somewhere ?

You might want to run the System Info program

System Info - See Your System Specs


Then copy and paste some of the info into a text file to save & have info about your system & hardware

Just incase you ever need the info again.

Also save an extra copy of your Windows Key Code in a couple of safe places for a future emergency!
