I'm victoria and my english is pretty bad, but i'll try my best to explain my problem to you. i would be so grateful if you could help me.
So, i have Fujitsu laptop, my wireless is working good, but i can't connect to the internet with the cable. I made sure that Local Area Network is enable, but its still not working
I know nothing about computers and networks, so probably the problem is there
After checking the local area network, i choose VPN connection from the connection list (maybe i shouldn't do that or should I?) then i typed down the username and the password, but i had no idea what to write in the domain section (stupid me), and somewhere where it requires the IP address i typed the one that i get from this computer which is using the cable i tried to put on my laptop(maybe this is also wrong, but believe me i didn't know what to do). And finally when i click connect this Error 800 appears : The remote connection was not made because the attempted VPN tunnels failed...
PS : whenever i plug in the cable in the laptop the light does not go on, as it does in this computer
I have no idea how to fix this, please help me
thanks in advance
