    Missing Wireless drivers

Hi I have problem with my Acer Travelmate 8172 wireless settings.
I discovered my wireless adapters were gone and tried to reinstall it manually.
It worked for a while, until i turned off the computer and then i had to install it again.
Every time i turned off my pc and then on again the wireless wouldnt connect.
I see that my wireless LAN Adapter is missing and my wifi miniport adapter.
    What do i do?

    Try this:

Download the newest driver. Uninstall the LAN adapter but make sure you click on "Delete the driver associated with this device". The LAN Adapter could be updating with the old driver that could be faulty. After that, install the downloaded driver and check if that works.

    2nd option:

    - Go to regedit
    - Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\DevicePath
    - On the right side, double click theDevicePath and change the value from %SystemRoot%\inf to
    %SystemRoot%\System32

    Close regedit.
