Change network "status" name
Hello,
I've installed Hamachi and its network "STATUS" name is "Network 2" (yes, so many spaces...), how do you i change that in the registry?

You might see if either one below is the network name you wanted to change.
Network Name and Icon - Change
OR
Network Connection - Change Name in Windows 8

It works, thanks! And the location is "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\NetworkList\Profiles\" :) By the way, could you tell me what means "unidentified network"? Seeing that VMware adapters are seen as this... Otherwise i've don't recall seeing it!?
PS: Also curious to know why i've got not 1 but 2 VMware network adapters..?
Yep, that's the correct path for the network name. :)

How many Ethernet adapters do you have? You'll get a VMware one per Ethernet you have.
I have two myself.
After a bit more digging. It's the same in VMware Player. :)
When you install VMware Workstation, two network adapters are added to the configuration of your host operating system — one that allows the host to connect to the host-only network and one that allows the host to connect to the NAT network.
