Internet connection loss due to 2 monitors

    Greetings forum users

I have 2 monitors hitched up to the same GPU 1 via DVI input 1 via VGA when i turn monitor number 2 on (vga) it causes me to lose my broadband connection totally! the pc is hard wired to the sky hub i hitched the 2 monitors up around 3 months ago and all was fine, it started to do this around a week ago so yesterday i decided to do a format and fresh re install now today it has started to do it again all of the drivers were correctly reinstalled ASUS Board and Lan drivers GPU drivers etc has anybody heard of this happening and know what i can do to stop it??

    Thanks in advance
    Rm

    only DVI: internet works?
    only VGA: internet works?

Goto "Device Manager". Any devices with faulty drivers? Any "Other Devices" in list?

I just tested that theory now, as soon as i turned the VGA one on the net went off, i then turned the DVI one off waited till the connection recovered and then switched dvi one on the connection has not gone off yet as soon as i turn the vga one on and off the connection goes south

No anomaly's within the device manager no

So only a problem if VGA is connected (DVI connected or not doesn't matter).
Post output of "route -4 print" twice. Once when internet is working, and once when not working
