Unable to open url available in another W7 computer

I have W7 Home Premuim and tried to open the following url

    https://clientservices.vfmii.com/pdl/Main.html?company=ihg

after a brief glimpse of a login panel I get and error (see attachment). However, I can open it in another W7 Starter and in an XP.

Also I was unable to download a University file, that I managed to do later in the XP.

Apart from this I am downloading loads of programmes and other things, so I don't understand what could be blocking these. Any ideas, please?

Ps - I turned off the firewall just in case but still the same.

PPS -more news: ican open it in the same computer with Google Chrome and if I tri it with Firefox it tells me that I need Flash. It does not open with IE9, even though this is the browser I normally use and have no trouble with (other than these two issues)

Try going into Tools' upper right' then select Internet Options in IE9, Go to the Advanced tab, select "reset" reboot the system and try again.

The link works for me using IE9. You may need to install Adobe flash.

    Thanks.

The Flash download didn't help, but I reset the advanced tab and all is working again.

    thanks!

I'm glad that worked, was about all I could think of.
