Windows 7 - Wireless Network disconnects after random period of tim

Ok so i got Windows Ultimate about last week and havent been able to solve this problem. I was running vista home premium and got ultimate and did a clean install. Everything worked fine until the internet disconnected. My computer is running on wireless so i checked my laptop and the internet was working on it. On the pc running ultimate i went to device manager and disabled the turn off to save power but nothing works..
The internet only works when i turn in on it works for about 10 min to up to 2 hours. I dont know what to doo please help.Also when the internet craps out the computer does too. For example if i try to run fireworks on it it will lag. Most of the time it doesnt even open up the program. When i try to open a program when its acting like this it will freeze.

Amd Phenom X4 quad core
6 gb of ram
Nvidia Geforce 9100
Usb wireless 802.11 b/g adaptor

Start by scanning the system with Malwarebytes. If clean, then open an elevated command prompt. Copy and paste this line, then hit enter to let it run. It will ensure system file integrity and replace any found not to be legit.

sfc /scannow

done all of that and the problem is still there
the only way to get to work properly is by uninstalling then reinstalling the drivers at every startup

Tell us about your network setup. wifi card, router, cable modem, etc

the wireless adapter is a belkin F5D7050, and my router is a netgear
