Error message when trying to open a shared folder

    Hi all,

We have a problem on one of ours domain's computer. When trying to open a shared folder (that works for all company), we are asked to enter username and password. Then we encounter this message:

(\\share is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource.
Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.

The account is not authorised to log in from this station.)

    Username and password are correct.
Network share is configure correctly and works for all company users.
DNS settings seems to be correct.
    We tried "gpupdate /force".
    We tried disable firewall service.
We tried setting "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\LanmanWorkstation\Parameters", "RequireSecuritySignature" value to 0.
We tried setting "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa", "restrictanonymous" value to 0.
    We are desperate.

    Please HELP!

    Welcome to Seven Forums,

Is the problematic computer in a Workgroup, Homegroup or Domain Network?

    Domain.

But thanks anyway. We have found the solution:

    We should change the "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\LanmanServer\Parameters",
    "RequireSecuritySignature" value to 0 too.

    Thanks for replying again.
