a socket operation was attempted to an unreachable network bluetooth

Hello sevenforums Every time i am trying to send some files from my laptop ,dell inspiron15r windows 7 64 bit ,via bluetooth to my mobile phone following error is occurring. Please help how to remove this error.
The error is:
"a socket operation was attempted to an unreachable network"

I am also having the same proplem
can any expert help how to resolve this
