Locate proxyserver inside the registry and delete it

Inside HKEY_USERS\S-1-(varies)\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings

and

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings

I see in the registry next to proxy it says 128.189.238.21. Delete that and also delete the old proxy . Lets see if that will fix it .

I remember doing that already after I sent you the screen shot, just before you asked me to start deleting stuff. I figured removing the older stored IPs would fix the problem. Guess not.
How perplexing...

Open up an Elevated Command Prompt. Click on in type CMD . Right click on CMD under Programs (1) choose . On the User Access Control window click on the Yes button . Command Prompt opens up to C:\Windows\System32>_

Type the command below

ipconfig /flushdns press Enter and restart the PC .

Disable the Dr.Web's firewall

Right click on the green circle with the spider in the middle choose Firewall and choose Disable .
