    Please help...toshiba satellite pro 650 and internet access flops


    Please help me!!!!!!! I am not computer savvy - I can only feel my way through the computer maze. My Toshiba Satellite Pro 650 keeps doing whatever it feels like doing. I was doing okay until the MS Updates started. When that happened my Internet Explorer started getting really crazy, and after allowing updates, I cannot access the internet at all! I have restored my system to an earlier date, in order to continue to use my laptop. I cannot not even figure out which IE version I have......


    Anyway, what can I do at this point to continue using my laptop, instead of chucking?

    Could you go into a little more detail about Internet Explorer "going crazy"?

    Aside from Internet Explorer, is the laptop fine?

    When you did a system restore, did this fix the issue?
