Wireless connects; ping and ftp okay; no http/https
Added a wireless adapter(linksys AE3000) to my Win 7 ultimate desktop and am having issues.
I can connect wireless to the router(linksys E4200), have a valid IP address, can ping internal and external addresses(by IP or name), can connect to ftp sites using FileZilla, but Chrome/IE/Firefox will not connect. Or sometimes will get a very partial load of a page, or a screen full of ascii. I cannot even display my routers config page correctly.
I attached the wireless adapter to another computer and no issues.
When hardwired to the router there are no issues.
Currently have no 3rd party firewall or antivirus installed. Windows firewall is disabled. Multiple malware scans with multiple programs are all negative.
I've flushed the dns, winsock, ipv4, ipv6.
I'm at a loss as to what to do. Any ideas?
