    wifi connectivity problem


    i am facing problem in wifi connectivity. drivers are installed ..it shows the network . fails to connect any server.

    Hi murtaxa. Can you please tell us, did you install the drivers provided with the installation DVD of your system or did you download it from the manufacturer's site? If you installed it from the DVD, then please download the latest drivers from the site and install them.
    Also, sometimes Wifi needs a new IP address. Shut down the PC and start it back on. This way the IP will be refreshed and you can connect.

    Hi murtaxa,

    Please let us know what error message you receive when you try to connect to a network.

    Also, let us know if this is the first time you are trying to connect this system with network. Kindly try to connect to a different network to isolate the issue.

    Please boot the system to safe mode with networking and check if you can connect to the network:

    Safe Mode

    Keep us posted with the results.

    If safe mode with networking still does not allow you to connect to the network then your IP configuration may not be setup correctly. If so then please upload your IP config as this can help us determine the root of your cause

I seem to have connectivity loss on a regular basis with Win 7. It seems to loos connection to the network. I have experience this on two different computers with Win 7...anyone else having this problem?
