Possible Major Conflict using second monitor cuts off broadband hub

Hi Forums

I have posted on here before regarding this problem but cannot find my original posts and need to approach this from a fresh perspective apologies for this if i need to find and continue on the original thread then please let me know

I have an Asus 6570 Graphics card my main monitor is connected via DVI my second samsung monitor is connected by VGA the problem i am having is when i switch on monitor 2 my broadband is being knocked off for a time then comes back on again so if i switch the monitor on and off 10 times i lose connection 10 times i am currently using a white sky broadband hub i cannot explain what is causing this it just started all of a sudden so i decided to format even reloaded all needed drivers and it is still doing it

I have looked for conflicts and cant see any but what i did have mentioned to me was a possible I/O Conflict unfortunately for me i dont know anything about those type of conflicts
