Can't use my mobile as a modem

hello. i just install windows 7 7601 sp 1 x86 everything is good but only the problem is i cant use my mobile as a modem windows deteced everything about my mobile only the modem driver cant be installing ( error code 19) i tried to install the last nokia pc suite and clean the remove the install then install ovi suite also i get the same problem i tried also to manual install thr driver also tried to clean install the windows i tried 3 other mobiles also the same problem and i know no probem with my mobile or the programs i used because i already use it now to access the internet in other windows (windos xp) so please if anybody know about this problem help me. and this is a screenshot from my windows 7 and xp.

thanx for your replay. i installed windows 7 7601 sp1 x86 i tried this link before but still having problem. if this only a Registry problems what is the other way to fix my Registry

no i cant use Microsoft Fix-it because i cant use my mobile there " i use my mobile to access internet" i will check Driver Fusion and replay. And Thanks for you care.

Driver Fusion didnt solve it, i cant use microsoft fix because i cant use internet in windows 7 because my only way to use internet is my mobile.
