Download manager that can use multiple networks/ISPs?

I know it's possible, but most results I've found on the web end up being dead ends. Does anyone know of a download manager that is capable of using multiple ISPs to download a file/files? I've seen setups before where a host computer was set up as a router for the house and it had two or more ISPs connected to it and it dispersed the bandwidth across the network, but for me most of the time that's not needed, I just want it when I'm downloading large files where download managers split the files in parts to quicken it, so for this all it'd have to do is download part 1/4 and 2/4 over ISP 1 and part 3/4 and 4/4 over ISP 2.

perhaps this tool might be what you are looking for?

Hopefully this is not one of the dead ends you mentioned...

You are awesome. That was the software I was talking about, only it seems to matured much over the years. Will definitely be trying it out the next time I have some big downloads.
