On the RDC client, before you connect to the remote machine, click on "Show Options". On the Options dialog, click on the Local Resources tab. On the Local Resources tab, click on the More button and you can select which drives on your local machine will be available on the remote machine. After you connect to the remote machine, those drives will appear in Windows Explorer and you will be able to move files back and forth between the 2 machines.
