Windows 7: bluetooth file transfer problem appdata/user/temp

I have same problem. I sent picture using Bluetooth from my cell phone. My laptop Windows 7 had Notification message saying photo transferred, but doesn't say where. I found it in C:\Users\ROCKSTONE\AppData\Local\Temp. My Bluetooth Exchange Folder is empty.
Let me know if a solution is found ken.higgins@sbcglobal.net.
