Hi there,

You'll have to follow this guide and see the step when you have to insert the USB flash drive, it should work.

it doesn't even have any windows to pop up and thus how am i supposed to plug in a USB? i know that it will tell me the next steps...

but pls understand carefully, i click it but no response...

Can you create a new User Profile with Admin rights and see if you can replicate the issue?
