Internet disconnects but shows connected in network & sharing center .

Hello guys... Please me out in solving my Frequent internet disconnection problem.

Problem #1 : while browsing or streaming , or while playing MP games internet stops. No page opens but... Torrents still downloads at full speeds. 220-240kbps. If facebook is opened in my browser am able to chat with people ( All the 4 lights in modem are lit PWR LINK DATA ETHRNT ). In the network & sharing center it shows connected. Only way to get everything back online is to Reboot the modem.

Troubleshooting#1 : Guys am from India, & called my ISP guy to fix the problem & guy says the problem is from my end.... VIRUS .... " my system could be corrupted with VIRUS which is blocking my Modem Ports" So when i reboot the modem the VIRUS goes off... & the internet starts to work fine, & after sometime the VIRUS gets clogged into the ports again." I don't know which Port he was referring to & i don't know how true this is.

Troubleshooting#2 : i changed two different modems one them is a brand new ISP provided, & the problem still continues.
I had a spare router Asus RT N13U B1 & a pci card. installed & connected & still the same problem.

    Please help me out.

^ am sorry , can u please elaborate. i had Adobe software installed very long ago except Premier pro, but the disconnection problem started just few months ago. & also i forgot to mention one thing, some times the space in C fills up full with just 20 -30mb of space left.. & when i reboot its back to normal with 15GB of free space. but the free space is decreasing day by day like 500mbs for 2 days .
