25 average ping spikes to 1600 every few seconds

    so i did that and lo and behold it works swimmingly

    started up my programs one by one while in a game and figured out the culprit.....

    my usual voice over ip client C3...... would you know of any tweaks that i could do to fix it?

    I don't unfortunately I'm not familiar with the application. All I can suggest is to possibly reinstall it and see if that solves anything.
