After system restore- Network issue -Dependency group failed to start

I need help with this issue. I've searched the forums without finding a fix that worked. After having my computer freeze from installing Privatefirewall 7.0, I did a disk check to fix corrupt files and a system restore which took a long time (45 minutes). Finally a message popped up saying "restore unsuccessful your files have not been changed". Now, my internet does not work, wireless or wired "limited connection". Network and sharing says "Unknown" and "Dependency group or service failed to start"

    Fixes tried:
-Another system restore: Only the corrupted restore points are left.
    -Winsock reset
-Manual start of DHCP Client service: Error 5 Access is denied.
-Microsoft Fixit: needs a connection to server to use the portable version (why was it even made for DCed computers then...)

Attached are images of my ipconfig and a few error messages from services.msc and troubleshooting if those help.

From what I have read about this DHCP not starting problem, it's required to reset TCP/IP and the network stack, also it's required that you reinstall the drivers for the network. However, I'm not completely sure what the problem is here.

The file below will reset TCP/IP, winsock, flush the DNS etc. You may also want to run the sfc/scannow command and see what it comes up with.
