    Microsoft Skydrive

Hi.Just got the skydrive up and running on my windows 7 desktop,All went okay.
Just one thing that is puzzling me is how would I access my skydrive from another computer maybe in a different part of the UK.
Would that be a simple setup or do I have to make any settings to my desktop at home?
    Thanks.

    Hello David,

It would be as simple as just logging in to your SkyDrive at www.skydrive.com on any computer, then being able to download and upload from your SkyDrive on that computer. :)

    You're welcome.

The free 25GB is for SkyDrive Pro through Office instead.

    Hi flogit, Shawn,

to clarify, you can get an additional 20gig of free SkyDrive space without it being "Pro"

    From FAQ....

How much SkyDrive storage do customers get?

All SkyDrive users receive 7 GB of storage with SkyDrive for free. Additional storage can be purchased if needed. Customers with an active Office 365 Home Premium or Office 365 University subscription receive an additional 20 GB of SkyDrive storage, per subscription, for a total of 27 GB of storage. This additional storage is not available during trial periods.
This additional 20 GB of SkyDrive storage is applied to the SkyDrive account that is linked to the Microsoft account used to create the Office 365 subscription account.

It doesn't have to be SkyDrive Pro, it can be just the standard. I have Office 365 University Edition and was given an additional 20gig storage space...

Yeah, there's always some type of restriction or catch 22

That said, if you have premium or the university edition, you qualify.
