File Sharing Windows 7
I know this has been discussed often, however all of the advice I have found here and elsewhere so far has not helped.
Running Windows 7 Home Preimum on HP Computer.
I have some directories that I can share and others I can't. All directories created by me.
I will right click on a directory and select SHARE and see a lock.
I have turned on network sharing and clicked apply/okay and it does not take.
However, I still have directories and files that I can access from a laptop on the home network and others that I cannot.
Any solutions would be greatly appreciated. I do not have a HOMEGROUP set up and really don't want to as the other computers on my home network are not running Windows 7, they are running VISTA.
