can you please go to device manager and send us a screen print.

Control Panel\System and Security\System/device manager check under network adapters to see if you have any issues.

It says the drivers for my device are not installed.
How do I install the drivers without being able to connect to the internet?
The ethernet isn't working for me either.

    Welcome Heiser :)

You will need to go to the HP website with another computer with internet access. Then download the correct drivers for your Wifi & ethernet for your HP model number. Then transfer them to a USB flash drive. Then copy them to a new temporary folder on the laptop. See if you can install them at this point.
