    System Restore didn't help
    The problem persists.

I believe I know what the problem is however it will require that you post a screen shot of the ipconfig/all from this machine in order for me to know for certain. :)

Yes this looks fine to me now. It looks like system restore took care of the problem I saw.

The other picture of Device Manager showed too many tunnel adaptors which can cause problems but it looks like they are gone now.

Ahh ok, in this case they will come back to haunt you when there are enough of them to overload your network stack. The only thing the system restore did was to take you back to a point in time where there weren't so many tunnel adaptors which is what was crippling your system.

They usually show up in the ipconfig/all, I'm not sure why they aren't showing up there in your case.

I do have a file that will get rid of them all for you without having to do it manually.

There is a 32 and 64 bit version of this tunnel adaptor removal file, just run the one that is appropriate for your system.

You should think about updating the network driver and the firmware for your router as there is probably a compatibility problem that is causing this tunnel adaptor problem.
