Yep this is pretty messed up, most likely there are some system files involved here so running the sfc/scannow command would be my first move. Run the scan per the link below, let me know what it says after it finishes the scan, reboot after the scan to complete repairs.

I assume you have tried windows update while connected by ethernet? I had (actually still have) an old Acer notebook that I had the same problem with. Broadcom too. Absolutely drove me crazy trying to get the wifi to work. Let me pull the thing out out of the closet and see if I can power it on. Maybe I can send you the link.
Ok, my nemesis from 4 years ago was an Acer TravelMate C110, Hold on I just found a power cord, let me boot it and see if I find something

OK, this was an xp system, but we might still get a clue as to where I found the driver. Also, before I set this notebook in the closet I did a restore to factory settings. BUT I saved all the drivers on the restore partition....
OK, before I mothballed it, I reinstalled the wifi....but which one is it? gimme a min.
OK...Broadcom is the manufacturer, is it an intel chipset? I bet it is.
My antique doesn't have the info I hoped that it did. BUT...it gave me a clue to spark my memory. You need to do a google search for your card's chipset. I bet that it is intel. I am trying to remember, but that sounds right: that I finally found the drivers at intel, not Windows or Broadcom.
Sorry I couldn't help more, but maybe that is the clue you need?

You have bigger problems than just a driver, a missing driver doesn't make every single Windows default network driver have a yellow ! next to it.

This type of problem doesn't happen by itself and if you had a working wireless driver than you have bigger problems than just reinstalling the driver. This should be obvious to anyone who see's your Device Manager.

For some reason every last one of the windows installed drivers are showing as corrupted which means you have some type of system file corruption.

You need to run the sfc/scan command which I posted earlier, let me know what the scan says after it's completed.

you can click on the windows logo, then right click on "computer", select "properties", and that should tell you if you have Windows 7 x64. If it doesn't say, then it is 32 bit
