Ok resetting the router is standard procedure in these cases so do your best.

The wireless profiles are at the Network and Sharing Center to the left side of screen where it says Manage wireless profiles, not too hard to figure out, you need to delete the old one and make a new one. This, once again is standard procedure when you have wireless connection problems.

Not too sure about the blue screen but this system seems messed up to me as it's showing a connection but you aren't connected.
