    Remote access


    Hi guys can I ask for some advice please
    I need to help my daughter with her computer but she lives quite a distance from me so I would like to ask your advice on how I can connect remotely with her computer
    I am running windows 7 and she is running windows Vista
    So what is the best way of achieving this remote access and how do I do it please.

    I have tried Teamviewer on my two computers at home on the same network and it works very well over my network but I see in the tutorial you sent a link to it says:

    The only problem I found was Windows 7 does not like letting TeamViewer access to User & Library files,
    so I have had to move them to a different folder
    ,

    On my network I can access the remote computer library files ok but I have file sharing enabled on both computers. So will I have a problem over the internet.

    Also it say I can connect without Teamviewer installed on the remote computer but I carnt see how I do that
