Slow web browsing and many active connections.

"requested information."
1. Is this a wired or wireless connection issue? I don't believe so

2. Who is your Internet Service Provider (ISP)? Charter

3. What type of Broadband connection are you using? Cable

4. What is the exact Make and Model of your Modem, Router or Modem/Router Combo - Linksys WRT54G/GS/GL

5. What is the Name of the Anti-Virus, Security or Firewall Software installed from the problematic computer - Webroot secure anywhere.

Hello,
I am using Windows 7 ultimate and having some issues with my Internet speed. Every time I view a video at YouTube or Pandora. There is some slight pauses, also my soft phone quality isn't very good (others have told me). When I do a speed test, the numbers look good.

I have run Malwarebytes, ComboFix, AdwCleaner, Super anti-spyware and RKill.. There were some malware detected and they were removed. I'd be willing to tip someone if they are able to help.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
