Permissions change issue

    Permissions change issue


    When I go to change permissions on my network drive it tells me this (see pic)
    Please Help

    OK so the "take ownership" seemed to change nothing. I might add if you did not know that the drive I am trying to open permissions on is a network drive.

    I'm not sure about the interaction between that take ownership process and a Linux/Samba system. There a several forum members that run a mixture of Windows and Linux. Maybe one of them will stop by your thread.

    OK so I started another thread about the bigger problem with the media streaming. Anyone that can help..?

    OK so I am still at square 1. It does not seem to be an issue with the Samba/Linux server. Just navigating through is an issue. I can save files to the drive however I can not change or delete them once they are on the drive.
