    Sharing over Wifi with Macbook

I just bought a WiFi router.

And Now I need to set it up I already Hid it from broadcasting the SSSID, and put in the mac addresses of all my computers.

But My Windows desktop computer CD drive doesnt work. And all my music files are on my Windows desktop
Two things I want to do are:

    1) Share my Macbook Pro's CD drive with my windows desktop over Wifi (So I can read CD's/DVD's on my desktop)

    2) Have the abilty to read certain "shared folders" from my Windows desktop
Some folders will be read only ( on my macbook)
other folders I want to be able to copy a file from my macbook and put it on my Windows Desktop, and also the other way around

Can someone guide me through this?

    Side note:
Im using Windows 7, and OSX Mavericks

I have tried that, but it still doesnt work.... Does DHCP have something to do with this on my router?

I basically set up the wifi router with the wizard CD
