E-mails but no internet after windows updates

After the automatic updates of windows I have e-mails in and out but no internet.
I am running Windows 7, IE10 (32 bit) I don't have Mcafee. There is no internet with other browsers as well. I have tried to downgrade the IE to IE9, but it didn't help. When I restore the windows updates, everything is working fine, untill it updates windows again. Then I have to restore once again, to get the internet working.
Everything is working on other PC using the same router.
    Can anybody help?

You are 100% mails can be sent and recieved succesfully?!

when "internet" (actually you mean the browser) isn't working, open a command prompt:
    Code:
    ping kaktussoft.nl
    Describe what you see

    Code:
    ping 198.211.122.92
    Describe what you see

How many windows updates did you install/rollback? Install them 1 by 1, so you can pinpoint what patch is the culprit. Post results.

The system is working right now, as I have restored, But tonight I will try to put the patches on, one by one. To see which one fails.

And please also do #2 afterwards. Why not install the pacthes now 1 by 1?
