Wifi is not connected

    Wifi is not connected


    I have Hcl notebook, its model is cdp T21. I have enabled and updated the wifi adaptor i.e., Atheros wifi adaptor, but I cannot connect wifi to my laptop. For what reason I cannot connect.

    Welcome to Seven Forums!

    A couple quick things:
    Does it work if you connect straight to your modem/router?
    Can you make sure your FN + Wifi button is pressed?

    Actually on my keyboard when I am pressing the wifi button, nothing happening and when I am trying to enable wifi through FN + F2 then also it is not enabling. Here in my laptop some keys are not working mainly FN key is not working. What I have to do.

    On the bottom right of your screen there is the icon for your internet. Right click it, select "Open Network and Sharing Center" > Change Adapter Settings (on left) > Right Click your Wifi adapter and make sure its Enabled. After that please post all the information in the link I posted above. There is also a link to that thread in my signature.
