Windows 7 Pro HomeGroup Issues with Error 1079, and 2147023817

I just bought a new printer a few months ago and we have 3 laptops in our house, and it thought it be annoying to down the software on every computer, so I started an homegroup. I been having issues adding user, so I decide I try removing the main homegroup user. This is when I notice the bigger problem behind why everything wasn't work. My two homegroup services won't start. I have intermediate knowledge of windows, and hardware (currently taking programming course at college, but this has got me puzzled). I'd provide link below with similar issue, but no luck on any of these solutions: peer networking grouping error 1079 . Also have pictures of the errors codes.

So have you tried running any system file repair scans like the sfc /scannow command?

Can you test to see if Network Discovery stays turned on after a reboot?

Did you ever have McAfee installed on this system?

Still not work working...

No this is enable every time I start the computer, and no I never had McAfee. The computer was originally built for Windows 8, but found the metro annoying (network hug, and security reason), so I formatted it and put on fresh install of Window 7. I'm starting to wonder if it has anything to do with bios.

From the error messages it looks like you may be using a corrupted User account.

Have you tried making another User account to see if the problem persists?

If that is the case than most likely the registry has been corrupted.

I would back up every thing on this system and perform a repair install.
