    IP Address

Can you connect by typing the IP address into the Address bar in Windows Explorer (e.g. \\192.168.xxx.xxx)?

So did you run the network set up wizard on the XP machines?

This is a basic required step with XP when trying to network with any Op system.

Follow the link for basic required set up between Windows 7 and XP.
