Request timed out.

2 Weeks ago i started to have internet issues.
Tried to ping google many times.
Always Gettin 1-2% loss.
Pinged when i was playin, freezes, when request is timed out.
At night - everything is okay,4 nights in a row - 0% loss.
So,what can it be and how to fix this?

First; what is your setup like? How many computer(s) are there? Also, is there more than one modem and or router or just one of each for the system(s) you are having the issues with?
