scannow log and file sharing issues

I have run the scannow checker three times now. The error report in the CBS.log file are beyond my pay grade and comprehension. I have attached the CBS.log file with the hope that someone can assist in sorting out this mess!

I am having a problem with file and printer sharing, I am hoping that the output from the scan will help with that.

According to the scan many files can't be repaired.

Suggest you go with a repair install to fix the issue.

A different issue thread, but the post patch SFC scan is good.

No need to Repair install.

grandpavic: I think we nailed the SFC scan in your Search thread. If you agree, would you mind marking this thread as Solved?

Thanks.

Hello: Need help with startup issues that began suddenly on 3/16 - Dell XPS 8100. 3/16: Out of the blue (no prior shutdown or startup issues) could not boot. Eventually got into WRE which automatically (?) ran startup repair, but "could not fix". (I was too freaked to note the details.)...

Ok, I'll try to be as detailed as possible, as I know that it will help in determining the problem; I apologize if this gets lengthy, though. I have 4 computers on a home network, all running Windows 7 Ultimate. 3 computers are running the 64-bit version, one is running the 32-bit version....
