Problem connecting Dynamics NAV clients over WAN.

    Hello guys,

I'm new here and have a very troubling scenario. I have been trying to deploy Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2016 on a Wide Area Network. My client has 3 branches. Those working at the H.Q (which is where their server is located) have had no problems at all connecting to the server since day one. However, clients from the other two branches are on VPN and cannot establish a reliable connection to their server to facilitate discharge of their responsibilities.

From these two problematic locations, I can still ping the server with an average latency of 23ms. Currently we have them connecting to their servers via desktop machines running windows server r2 where they initiate remote desktop connections to these servers which is however limited to a maximum of two users at a time. This is a temporary solution. Anyone with a workaround to this problem?
