Username: I couldn't figure that out either. I had to read it a few times before it clicked.
"your router uses a default gateway of 192.168.2.1"
- Chev65 must have looked up the router and saw that it's shipped with a subnet of 2.
I don't know this for certain, but I take Chev65's word on just about any networking question. I might look it up myself to confirm it, just to satisfy my curiosity.

I think this thread has moved away from a network issue to a possible virus issue.

We'll see where it goes, but I think there is a concensus.

Useernameissue raises a valid point.

It's no doubt a malware or virus that is redirecting the browser, I mean it's so obvious.

I looked up a manual for a random Buffalo router before jumping into this thread.

The default range for an AirStation WHR-HP-G54 is 11.xx

The -all format will work.
I tested before re-posting your request.

These all work:
ipconfig/all
ipconfig /all
ipconfig -all
...and probably other switch formats :-)

These do not work:
ipconfig-all
ipconfig - all
ipconfig / all
ipconfig/ all

Here is another option, but you need to get on the net any way possible.
Latest version of Avast Antivirus

Ok, let's wait for lkurrt to post something. We're in that circle again.
It's possible that he spoke with IT and the issue has been fixed in the workplace.

edit: As I typed this post - OP posted it was a resolved issue! I need to slow down or speed up
