Need a high framerate screen sharing software

Does anybody know if there's a screen sharing software where my friend can watch my screen at at least 30fps, or close to it? Resolution does not have to be great, but it would be best if the program sends sound as well. We generally have a very good internet connection to each other, since he lives in a bordering town to me, so it should work fine.
