TCPIP Connection patch ????

This might be of some use, I think these are the registry keys you need to change, also you might want to try Auslogics BoostSpeed, there is an internet optimizer in there as well as heaps of other great apps.

Here are the registry settings for optimized and default Internet connection, just right click and select merge and restart to take effect.

This will show you where to set the value for GlobalMaxTcpWindowSize, you want to set it to this amount 33396 for a 512kbps connection
