The problem with Wlan after hibernation mode or reboot

    Hi!

My problem is following: when I turn turn on my laptop or come back from the hibernation mode, my Wlan connection is very slow or doesn't work at all for 5-10 mins. After that It will work again. If I use a cable, then it works fine and you can use it right away. My computer is HP pavillion dm4-2102eo and I am using Win 7 home premium. The protection of the Wlan is WPA-2 personal and the encryption method is AES.
The internet worked like for 1,5 years and suddenly this happened.

I have tried to do following things to solve this problem:

    - formatted computer
    - cmd - devmgmt.msc (disable allow computer to the turn off power from the wlan connections)
    - reset bios to the default
    - installed all win updates
    - installed all drivers
    - tried to use all kind of browsers
    - ran the following: "WinSock and TCP/IP Refresh"

Something to know about considering the Wlan: Microsoft Virtual Wifi Miniport Adapter #2 (can't run code 10) and Microsoft Wifi-näennäisporttisovitin (program stopped because error 43)

I have two laptops in my apartment. And in the other one the Wlan works fine with no problems. My laptop is next to the Wlan so it is close enough.

Here is a picture of the situation: tilanne - Aijaa.com

    Thank you already.

    Hello,

Are you using a wireless utility(program) or the windows built-in WLAN auto config that controls your wireless connection?
