Windows 7 Home Premium - Backups to Network location?

I have a Dlink DNS-323 NAS drive hooked up to my home network. With Vista I didn't have any difficulties backing up to this drive. When I got Windows 7 Home Premium, I cannot select it as a location. In the guidelines it makes mention that it's not available for this version of the software. Is this true? Did I just pay for a program that essentially removed a hugely important feature for myself? I was told this was the version I needed and it's not like I can return it at this point.

In general I'm not pleased. I think that this 'upgrade' really only offers fixes many people complained about and they should really just have released this for free if Microsoft wants to keep their users happy, and not switch to the competition. I'm very disappointed in what I've seen so far.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
