New computer build, works smooth but internet issues on sole computer

Hey people, sorry if the title is not very detailed or so, what I am having trouble with is my Download speed and browser speed
    Little backstory:
I created a new build recently (tuesday) and i've been spending every night since then for hours on end trying to fix this issue, every other computer in my house downloads things around 700kbps + where as my new build (very high end) is getting 20kbps and below... I am on wireless connection, I am operating on windows 7 64 bit
comment below if you can offer some help and advice if possible
I can provide additional information if required to go into depth about certain parts of the issue
    Thankyou!

Suggest you try the latest LAN drivers from the ASrock site.

Hey there, thanks for the input!, one problem though.. the computer says its connected to the internet but will not load any pages on my browsers.. so, with the drivers, I checked the Lan driver yesterday through my computer (automatic search on the web) and it told me I was up to date

I'm sorry I did not realize you were trying to connect using some type of wireless NIC?

If this is a wireless connection then what are you using for the wireless NIC because I don't believe your board has one built in?

I'd also need to see the ipconfig/all from this machine in order to help further.

Unzip and run the file below to reset the network stack, flush the DNS, reset winsock and TCP/IP. This may help with the problem of being online but not able to load browsers, besides this I'd have to take a look at the wireless NIC being used.

If you don't have even one single working connection then you would need another machine in order to download drivers for this device. You can transfer the driver using a USB drive.

More importantly, have you updated this machine via Windows update using a wired connection yet?
