AM I hacked by my broadband network provider?

Hi everyone, I am totally new member here and seeking a help from any of you. Right now I am windows 7 ultimate x64 OS. I don't know anything about networking so I have a big doubt about my network provider. I am using a connection from local broadband provider and I don't have any router my self. So I am using my realtalk ethernet lan port and a PPOE broadband connection. So here is the problem, I think they hijacked my pc and they are running a server on my computer without notifying me. They are configured my pc with their configuration and they always spying on my pc. please help me to find out what is really going on my pc.

Thank You for replying my thread. There are some reasons, when I go regedit, on user panel I always see some users I don't know. They are named like:
    s-1-5-218
    s-1-5-21111
There are always some traces cache, cookies, log I am getting on c: drive. And also some specified website cookies files like payapal object etc. Some different configuration files for my antivirus, antispyware soft etc. I am quite sure they are doing something on my pc.

Redirection is about virus's and malware and has nothing to with networking. It's not your ISP.

You should post your problems in the Security forum where they remove these types of problems and sometimes even fix the system.
