New PC Wifi Disaster (desperate for advice)

So it has been more than a month I have been struggling to figure out this problem. I have a newly built PC that I cannot get connecting to wifi no matter what I do. My newest attemp is with a pci express wireless card (TP-LINK TL-WN881ND), past attemps include Belkin N300, monoprice wifi adapter and another one from radioshak i cant remember.

Here are the things I've tried:
-connecting to wireless via laptop & phone (works fine)
-using wireless usb adapter with laptop (works fine)
-plugging ethernet directly into pc (works fine)
-connecting to wifi via laptop and sharing network to pc via ethernet (works fine)
    -resetting the modem
-switching the channel on the modem
    -updating BIOS
    -updating drivers
    -trying different wireless adapters
    -turning off windows firewall
    -running malware bytes
    -reinstall of windows

    Quick rundown of the system:
    -windows 7 ultimate x64
    -processor: i5 4430
    -motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H87M-HD3
    -ram: 8gb
-ssd primary drive with hdd backup

    Additional Info:
    -ISP:COMCAST
    -ROUTER MODEL: XFINITY TG862G/CT

Here is my IPCONFIG, any help would be so greatly appreciated. I really feel like I've hit a brick wall and dont know what else to do!

Have you checked your WiFi security settings?
Many people get the best results, in a home environment using WPA2-PSK, AES.
Your router or modem should have the same settings.

    Problem is here> XFINITY TG862G/CT
    -ISP:COMCAST
These Comcast modem/routers are incompatible with many systems and this problem has been around for a long time, there are countless similar complaints with these hunk of junk modem/routers that Comcast issues to it's customers. ROUTER MODEL: XFINITY TG862G/CT

You should either install a stand alone modem plus a standard consumer router or put the Xfinity into bridge mode which by passes the router and then use your own router for the wireless and wired connections.

Don't let Comcast tell you otherwise, cut them out of the picture and do as advised if you want to problem fixed permanently. :)

    Thanks for the advice guys.

Sardonicus: I've checked and my router security is wpa/wpa2-psk, how do I ensure that these settings are the same on my PC?

chev65: Do you suspect the router is incompatible with what part of my system? I'm able to use the same wireless adapter (multiple different ones) on my laptop with no connection problems. There are three other computers in the house and mobile devices and none have connectivity issues. It seems there must be an incompatibility with my PC itself and not the wireless adapters.

    Thanks!

I really can't give a definite answer here but there does appear to be a problem with this specific PC, it may have to do with the chip set this PC is using so updating the chip set drivers may help.

As for the security settings, you need to go into the Network and Sharing Center, then look left for "Manage Wireless Connections" fill in the profile making sure to add the type of security and encryption being used on the router.
