Can't Configure Connections in Internet Options

Hey, can someone explain this to me:

Can't Configure Connections in Internet Options-error.png

I want to configure that connection to "Never dial a connection", but there is no option on how to do that.

    Thanks.

    The English counterpart:

Logic would say that you just delete the dial up connections listed though I seem to remember there being an option somewhere... Hmmm...

These settings have been removed starting from IE10.

You may be able to set this through the registry.

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\EnableAutodial
If can’t, please try creating the registry value your self.
If can, Double-click EnableAutodial. And change the value to 1.
