i have connected to a wireless connection but it says no connectivity or limited access . the network i am connected is unnsecured it has no password.i have tried many ways to solve this problem by cmd .what should i do to access the network?

Did you try any other device to see if that is getting connected to the wireless network? If yes, then the issue might be with the laptop. I will suggest to update the LAN and wireless drivers online. Make sure the drivers are properly installed and if any update is available install that as well for both LAN and Wireless.

i tried to update my network driver but it shows the drivers are upto date
How did you try to update the drivers, via Window update? You can go to LAN and Wireless manufacturer's website and check for latest drivers they have for your hardware. If you can mention the laptop's model, maybe we can suggest you the correct drivers.
Go to this link and select your OS. It will take you to a page from where you can download the latest drivers and then install them. You will get the drivers under "Network"

i checked the website but there is no update required i already have latest driver installed on my laptop
i troubleshooted the network it shows 'wireless network connection' doesn't have a valid ip configuration
